I hope this gets resolved somehow. It’s not fair at all that they’re publically active but not even responding to you.
that is never a good sign...
"Also, tips are always appreciated as well! I will reflect any extra tip you send into my work and onto your art piece. (aka. The more you send, the more you get)"
Should have been kind of a red flag in the beginning because it just felt a bit off putting. I like to tip after work has been done usually so long as the experience went well and I was happy with the product, but my mate really wanted one so I went ahead and got us a pair. What I got was pretty much a copy of some digital artwork that I had sent them as the reference for the characters I wanted, rather than an original piece. I'm not sure if that is their normal way to do things, but it was frustrating. I expressed to them that I felt it was too close to the other artwork, but they contacted the artist who said it was ok I guess, even though I expressed it wasn't what I wanted they already had finished them and that was that. So anyhows...hope you get something in return eventually. They are not someone I would do business with again. Also I'll add I commissioned them in April and did they the product in August, so in the end they did deliver, even if it really was not what I was hoping for.
