WHAT: Phazonalloy bat base.

WHEN: July 26th, 2016 to now.

PROOF:
They actually deleted the submission where the transaction took place, along with every submission I commented on (2 total) of them selling other things and ignoring me asking about updates.

At this point I commented on one of their submissions (which they later deleted) and instead they replied to my note, I reply to them as well: http://imgur.com/a/EI1WK

I sent them another note threatening to open a claim, they have not even viewed it yet. FA shows that they were active at least 2 days ago judging by their favorites. http://imgur.com/a/KWuj9


EXPLAIN: User was selling the base for $30 plus shipping, said they would hinge it for me and I have yet to even receive it let alone get any sort of real update. Incredibly frustrated as PayPal claims I sent it as "friends and family" when I didn't so I might have to call them if I never get my product.

EDIT August 14: When I woke up this morning I saw a post on my Facebook feed that I recognized from their submissions and asked about the base. Their excuse is that the springs take 3 weeks to ship. http://imgur.com/a/NPXCz
EDIT 2: It would appear another user has either purchased the same base as me or another one Dragongoddest is selling, they are also not getting any updates from them either. http://imgur.com/a/ttfn7

No idea, I've received things overseas faster and/or with a tracking number so I can get an idea for when the item will arrive but even then the lack of communication makes it worse.

Did they order them from DVC? I can only assume they're buying the hinges from them since they said i takes "3 weeks", and DVC tends to quote it taking potentially that long for some items to deliver.
(I don't buy from DVC so I don't know how common it does take)

I just want my base, haha...

Same here! I at least apologize and let my clients know what's going on that would cause me to pause in their commission or if I have to delay shipping by a day. It's like a guilt trip, I can't let a paying customer go uninformed.

The artist completely fell through on keeping you in the loop, and it's ridiculous to have to be the one to constantly chase them up, and your frustration over this situation is wholly justified.

Having said that, your tone in those FB messages made me cringe a little bit. It started out passive aggressive and then flipped to full out aggressive.
Again, your feelings were justified, and I'm not judging you for getting fed up, it just made me uncomfortable to read. There are other ways to take a firm tone with them that don't come out so petty.

On a different note, that PayPal thing is weird. Isn't it written on paypal logs somewhere if you sent it as one or the other? Is the error on there too?

Might update this if needed but someone else bought either the same base or a similar one from them the same day as me and is also having to chase them down for updates. Y'know what, if I can get it on my laptop (phone is dead) I'll show a screenshot from Instagram. Again, not my choice in wanting to hunt them down on another outlet but they have their excuses.

I'm aggressive because I paid for a product that I haven't received and have yet to hear back about. I feel it was justified to act like that.

It just shows up as an error or a transaction I cannot dispute. :[
