I recently stumbled on an artist's page who is using multiple base poses for their YCH auctions. The original pose creator says that they are available to use...but for inspiration or reference. It states in one of their journals that they do not want people using them for commissions. The poses are all obvious as no real change have been made, and they are one of the first pose sets to show up on google. (I lined several of them up and they matched in several places)

Basically, poses are iffy is why I am asking what should be done. Do using other peoples bases warrant an artist beware?
Artist's beware has moved!
Do NOT repost your old bewares. They are being archived.

I don't know if this means its resolved, but I had contacted the person and they responded shortly after I made this post. They admitted they referenced it and they had decided to remove them because they looked too similar. I find it irritating that they were removed only after they were caught, but at least they wont be profitting off of it. I would chock it up to mistake had it been 1 or 2, but it was four directly from the same pose artist for roughly 40 bucks, no notice was given to clients, and the artist didn't seem to have permission as shown by the sketchy deletion.

In the future I will contact the original artist and let them know, thank you for the advice :)
