WHO: Electrocat: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/electrocat/

WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/4572992/

WHAT: 2 printed and laminated art of the reference sheet she drew me.

WHEN: April 26th was when I asked her, May 2nd would be the date she should have shipped it.

PROOF:
http://oi44.tinypic.com/2nvusur.jpg Shows that my friend paid it for me.
http://oi43.tinypic.com/21bryj7.jpg Conversation over e-mail, confirmed them that the payment has been sent and all.
http://oi42.tinypic.com/2i24mdy.jpg Shows that I asked for a refund back in May already.

http://prntscr.com/1jg896 Note to EC for a reminder of the refund.
http://prntscr.com/1k6qkh Second note as a reminder.
Posted a reminder in her journal: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/4933624/
As a note, she STILL uploads a lot of art so her being offline is not an excuse.

EXPLAIN: I have tried to contact EC several times for the print. As you can see from the first proof link I have tried to get the print several times, but I still received nothing in the mail. So I asked kindly what with the update of the print is and again she said she shipped it, even though that was done before? Seems like the first time they were lying. So after weeks she told me she sent it I asked again what happened and I got frustrated of just getting nothing, so I asked for a refund a couple of times, still nothing has been given or even a RESPONSE to what I said.

The contact is horrible. The ref is all neat and but I never received what I paid for. 10$ might not be a lot to some people but for someone who only gets money through art it's a lot to me, and I trusted her with it.

After weeks and several notes she finally refunded me.
I left her a shout but she deleted it right away, a week later I get a note I have been refunded. She said she didn't want the shout on her page to cause rumor and thus deleted it. BUT it stated clearly that I wanted a refund so I don't know why it took her that long to refund me.

She blamed Kal (her husband/boyfriend I assume? ) that he didn't reply to the notes on her account or e-mails. I never read such a thing that he was gone for a while otherwise I would have understood.

ive had a similar issue with her. shes taking on to much work. i had to ask her for weeks to ship my prints off. she spent the shipping money on something else instead of getting my prints out. i finally got a refund from her. Beware well warrented

Re: elecrtocat
I guess you're more lucky than me, she just refuses to even reply to me and just posts new journals where she accepts more stuff. I get that you'd need money for something but it's a bit frustrating if you don't get what you paid for. :/

Can't you open a dispute on paypal? Even if its a few months old? You have proof of paying for that physical item and have not received it.

How can people sleep and know they owe things? Its disgraceful, beware well warranted!

Unfortunately not, PayPal doesn't do anything about the case if the payment was over 45 days, so there is nothing they will do. I have tried this before with an owed plush but it took me a few notes and journals to get my refund, for the rest PayPal said "The case is over 45 days old, etc"

Might be worth a shot. There have been a few instances with serial offenders where PayPal will actually work with you beyond the 45 day grace period. Actually calling them is also more effective than email.
