Help with an artist on FA -Resolved-

***Well it turns out I got my prints today, thanks for the help guys!***
Hey guys, this is nala_91 or Mkinaifu as people know me on FA. I'm here seeking advise on some prints that I bought from a popular artist who shall remain nameless for the time being.

She had made a journal on FA about her being open for giving away three prints for $20 in December. Expected delivery to customers within the US (like myself) had an expected delivery time of two weeks.

I loved her art so I jumped on the bandwagon, sent her a few notes, and the money was sent on the December 14, 2011.

Now I will admit I had forgotten to send my address initially, so I sent her a note with my address soon after the payment was sent. This is when things started to go downhill.

She has ignored all but the first two notes I sent to her, and I have heard nothing about the prints I paid for. In spite of this, she continues to upload personal art and post journals looking for more commissions. There has been a few other customers who have asked her about their prints as well and seem to be in the same predicament as I am.

I sent her one final note three days ago that if I didn't receive any sort of update from her I would like a refund and would be posting about her here. She hasn't read or responded to that note either.

I'm at a loss as to what I should do now, and I really could use some advice.

I admit I was a little curious too and found out who you were talking about and in a journal from 9 days ago they wrote this:

"There are still a few of the Red Lantern print packs that have to go out, so if you haven't received yours, don't panic. I got more orders than I had prepared, and I didn't want to turn folks down, so I'm working on getting more of 'em printed up."

So while it's definitely not professional to ignore your messages and not inform the customers waiting personally, at least there's some info about where your product is.

But that's the problem, I ordered mine when she first made the journal. and yes guys I did send her two emails and she hasn't replied to me once.

Reading her last journal, I hope that means you get your prints soon (if that's still what you want!). Though I definitely agree that her ignoring your queries is extremely unprofessional. Even a short form letter is better customer service than silence.

Yes I just saw that and I posted a comment to her, she doesn't email me back by the end of this week I will demand a refund.
