Lost Contact - Ilyana88 - RESOLVED

EDIT Resolved: I got a response today and a refund.

Ok, firstly I would like to say that this is my first post to any community, so I deeply apologise if I have done anything incorrectly.
(And I'm not even sure if this is the right title; so let me know if I need to change it!)

In July last year, I paid Ilyana88 of deviantART for a commission: http://ilyana88.deviantart.com/

I was shown a photograph of a sketch after around a month or so, after which I requested a couple of small changes. She made the changes for me, no problem, and said she would be off to colour the piece.

Almost a year later, in April 2010, I was starting to get worried. Her activity on deviantART had decreased considerably (To this day, her last recorded activity was on January 26th 2010). I sent her a note around April asking how the commission was coming along. After a week, she replied:

I figured that was all fair enough, so I left her be.

July/August soon rolled round - still nothing. This was her last year of Uni, so in theory she should becoming more active now (Uni ends in June-July time here). I sent her another note, this time asking for a partial refund (And the exact same text was also sent to the e-mail address shown on her dA profile):

6 weeks later, the note is unread, the e-mail unresponded to.

I asked around on my deviantART journal to see if anyone knows where she is. Someone found her Facebook for me and she seems active there (Last activity was a week ago) and I've just sent her a message there but...other than that, I've no idea what to do.

I gave her so much time because I considered her a friend but...now? Ugh. I wish I hadn't given her so much time and acted

Does anyone know where she is? Advice/help would be fantastic. Thanks!
