WHEN: Details were agreed and first payment was made Jan 2009.

PROOF:

At this point I have amassed records dating from the initial deviantart notes from the estimate given and agreed on dating Jan 17, 2009, the first payment and confirmation Jan 22, 2009--- as well as all communications for the transaction through deviantart, gmail, livejournal and twitter account (under cosfurs only, not their personal accounts) and the paypal receipts until today.

I am more than welcome to share my proof at any given time / as requested.

This is NOT an advertisement. This email was removed by my spam filter, and I consider it to be a risky endeavour that could leave any gullible young artist disappointed, hurt and possibly out of pocket, so I felt it belonged here.

 

 

Who:

Project Manager – The Onco Project

 

Where: Approached via email from Epilogue . Can not find a website for this proposed project.

 

What: they request work for an rpg. Payment is exposure on undisclosed sites/media.

“We saw your portfolio on Epilogue and thought this might be of interest to you:

Graphic Artists are needed for a project that will garner a good amount of exposure among online RPGers.

Interested parties should have a portfolio of previous work ready to present for perusal.

Successful candidates will be asked to produce full-colour illustrations of RPG characters to be used in an online context from a set character description.

Credit for said work will be circulated through social media and will appear on the website associated with the project.

Project Manager – The Onco Project

Hello, I've been a lurker on here for a while and would like to avoid making a beware but it seems a current commission may be headed that way.
I was hoping to get some advice on the situation as I'd like to avoid posting/drama.

I commissioned a foam head base over 2 weeks ago and the commissioner said they would have it to me by this past weekend. Aug. 5-7.
It is not here and the con I need it for is this coming weekend. I gave her until the 9th to get it to me.
After a semi rude journal she posted I got curious, also because I never get updates unless I ask her and borderline bug her for them. She promised pictures Friday but never posted any of mine but did 3 other commission pieces.

Turns out she's been on here 3 times before...

If it's possible give me some advice on what I should do in this situation?
