Commissions for dummies
I've seen a lot of issues arise between artists and customers that could easily have been avoided if the terms of the commission had been clear, or clearer. I think the artist and the customer share an equal responsibility to provide/ask about the terms of service before initiating the actual transaction, but confusion can always happen.
I've given a TOS some consideration when I wrote up mine and thought I'd share some of my insights on the subject.
