WHERE: All contact was through telegram, however pictures, the livestream, were posted via instagram.

WHAT: A DHC fursuit. ($3200)

WHEN: All payments were made June 1st, and the fursuit was shipped June 11th, and the suit arrived on the 16th of June. On July 1st, I noticed the charge back for all 3 payment made. This is currently still on going.

EXPLAIN:

I decided to sell my DHC fursuit, and after having issues with other buyers, a friend of mine said they wanted to buy the suit. (http://i.imgur.com/S3saI6c.png)  I was thrilled to have someone I knew, and a friend buying my suit. We agreed on $3200 for the price (http://i.imgur.com/HbCKRTI.png).  So, they paid in full on June 1st (http://i.imgur.com/zbXs2hw.png) . I was away at BLFC at this point, so the suit was not shipped until the 11th ( http://i.imgur.com/OhczSkk.png ). We both agreed that I would ship the suit out, and come back with the price, and they would pay for the shipping. (http://i.imgur.com/PUKx7Qr.png, http://i.imgur.com/A1a3X8O.png) The shipping is still not paid for to this day. (July 11th)  The suit arrived on June 16th (http://i.imgur.com/d7HuXhr.png, http://i.imgur.com/v7cO359.png), and everything seemed fine. Additionally, the suit was altered. (hair was added, and the feet were altered to make them fit a bigger size. (tuff can be seen here http://i.imgur.com/93pcCas.jpg?1, and proof of her saying the feet are being altered here http://i.imgur.com/QHXmrJx.png)

Things were fine after this until I logged into my paypal on July 1st, and saw the -$3000 balance in my account. ( http://i.imgur.com/v57eozZ.png, http://i.imgur.com/oszYWcX.png) This was the first sign of trouble. I immediately contacted Lola. (http://i.imgur.com/LcoqXiO.png ). After this, Lola told me to respond to the claim, and explained they were on call with their bank, and paypal and were working to resolve this. I waited patiently until I finally heard back from them on wednesday, July 4th. (http://i.imgur.com/OJaLJzt.png, http://i.imgur.com/0nTvMBr.png.) They explained that they were going out with their brother and would call the bank later that evening, though I was unhappy with this I waited. (

http://i.imgur.com/98VeSKT.png, http://i.imgur.com/qkAnd33.png) That night they explained that they’d called their bank, and they were reversing the chargebacks and that my account would be back to normal within 48 hours. (http://i.imgur.com/KkYAb4H.png, http://i.imgur.com/Gm6pIIz.png)

I checked in each day as it was still not resolved. It had been well over 48 hours, and nothing had changed with my account, it was still -$3000. After contacting Lola about this, they said they would call the bank, and has since stopped replying to me. Last communication I have recieved was from 12:21 pm on Friday, July 7th. (http://i.imgur.com/rny27sm.png, http://i.imgur.com/od2dbzP.png).

I called PayPal yesterday and I provided them with all the evidence and informed me they will have this case resolved within the next 24-72 hours. However, this morning (11th of july) I received an email basically saying that this is going to take up to 30 days for the investigation, and up to 75 days for a resolution to be made. (http://i.imgur.com/7uH6BkV.jpg) So I called paypal, and they confirmed this information, and said what I was told yesterday (about 24-72 hours) is incorrect. Thankfully they have temporarily released the $3200 usd so I can still work, and receive and send money to that account. However this situation will not be resolved until paypal, and the card company have reached a resolution. Even when I asked paypal, they said that there is nothing I can do, and nothing that Lola can do until the card company has reached and processed a conclusion.(if I am able to get in contact with her, that is.)(proof of calls http://i.imgur.com/zAHzBHY.jpg)

UPDATE:
i have now managed to get in contact with Lola via email. She has told me that she stole her mom’s credit card and used it to pay for the suit. ( http://i.imgur.com/hmBnMiR.jpg & http://i.imgur.com/arekqPN.jpg)

UPDATE: The credit card company sided with her, this is now considered a stolen item. I am out $3200 + shipping costs + paypal fees for each chargeback (3). (emails from paypal: http://imgur.com/a/yczhO)

UPDATE: GOOD NEWS!! Someone provided me with info on how to reach @/hypersensuality's parents, and I was able to contact her mother!! She has told me that she will be sending back the suit. So once she has shipped it I will make a post, and as well as when it arrives. (https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DFnFTM3UAAA7cMs.jpg)

UPDATE: The suit has been returned, and is now for sale again. there have been damages but I am just happy to have it back. Please never work with this user. This situation was incredibly painful and has cost me more money than I am comfortable sharing.

PROOF:

All screenshots in order; http://imgur.com/a/Bol48

Additional proof she has it (images of her wearing the suit): http://imgur.com/a/w8ziZ

Sounds like you've done all you can. Charge backs are nearly impossible to fight, as the bank/credit card companies seem hell-bent on their customer being in the right. As long as you provided tracking info to PayPal, they should eat the cost even if the charge back goes through.

Did you ever receive any kind of explanation as to why/how she made this chargeback?

Okay, so the buyer stole their mom's card, why can't they just send back the goods? <_<

Good luck with the PayPal dispute - chargebacks are awful. I'm super sorry you're dealing with this, though I hope it works out for you in the end. :c Has PayPal offered any advice on how to proceed since you were given the new information? That's just ... a mess in and of itself. Stealing money, like. Wow. Just - wow.

Contact the parent and the bank if possible. You should not loose your money because someone stole their mom's credit card. That should be the bank or the mom's loss, not yours.

If the buyer is an adult they can be persecuted for fraud and should be.

Also that is such a lie saying the mom can't cancel a dispute on her card without cancelling all of the charges.

I've done it through my bank when my shit got stolen and I had to fight a few charges. I was able to fight specific charges while still having ones I actually ordered go through when they cancelled my card.

I got chargebacked from her too, about $60 for a YCH. I also know someone else who was chargebacked. She basically stopped responding to my messages past the first "I'll give you back the money ASAP" on July 1st.

One answer to that situation :

GO TO POLICE. SUE THE PARENTS (if you have no budget you can probably get help to have a lawyer).

They are responsible for their children/minors.

Things You Should Do
I believe there are things you can do to get this put right.

Start by filling a police report with all your images attached. Also, include the shipping address that you sent thr fursuit to.
You should also get in touch with the credit card company and/or PayPal and forward them all the communications and make it clear that the fursuit has not been returned to you (SOP for items purchased with a stolen card and received by the supposed victim of the theft) and that it continues to be utilized by the supposed thief. As my husband pointed out, given the facts, that it may be a case of buyers remorse on the part of the mother and the story of credit card theft maybe a cover.
I assume you have the address you sent the fursuit to and the real name of the buyer/thief. It is likely possible to get a phone number for the mother by using a reverse phone book site. Given their behavior to date, I am not sure if it would do you any teal good to contact them but it is worth a try.
Another route would be small claims court. I know you are concerned about the amount of time it will take to settle things that way but I think you should anyway. It might get the mother to do something, particularly if you get together with the other people who were defrauded by their child.
