darkminou has updated his IB journal with baseless, defaming comments towards me, saying that I've unjustly 'harassed' him and modified his art without his consent. This is completely fabricated, and furthermore he has provided no form of proof that I've done anything like that... because he's lying through his teeth.

On his FA, he has also called me out in an attempt to draw as much attention as possible to my un-private commission as possible by making a direct link to said commission. Apparently, he posted a journal before that making mention of me by name, but replaced it with a link to a picture that has my name in the tags. He hopes to strip the potential ammo away from this by dubbing it 'not a call out ok?'.

EXPLAIN:
The proof is in the... well-- proof.
I had first approached darkminou several months ago about a private commission, placing emphasis on the privacy. He agreed to it, but had to disappear for a bit due to irl complications. I approached him again later, and again making sure to mention the importance of privacy. He posed no objections, and agreed that it was all okay.
Five months later, the piece is done. I give him the okay, and he merrily informs me that he is going to post it on his gallery. Obviously, this is not okay by me, and I tell him why, and that I've told him before. He very promptly responds by-- not caring. He claims to have removed my username from the commission, but he has in fact included it in the very tags and keywords of both the FurAffinity and InkBunny versions. It's become impossible to bring him to understanding, as all my attempts to explain end with him blowing me off and/or insulting me.
I've sent support tickets to the moderators at both websites (FurAffinity and InkBunny), though I've yet to receive an answer for either. In the meanwhile, all I can do is warn others of darkminou's manipulation and callousness, and ask for advice from the folks at Artists Beware.

That says to me that this whole "I forgot" thing is a big fib and completely premeditated.
Regardless if you never agree to keeping it private there is proof that this person agreed. Being so, his mistake for looking it over, should count his losses and not post the picture. Keeping it private.

He seems very, very spiteful and for no particularly good reason. Definitely someone I wouldn't want to deal with. Heaven knows how he'd react if a real problem came up if he reacts this way to such a small request (that he agreed to..).

I'll not say i didn't flame. i did, and call out too, it's true. Sorry about that, this case turn me mad .
Now about the art itself.
it was representation of two character, one of them raping the other.
After the case i've been contacted by some other "friends" of Spadefoot, they ask me too to remove the art, cause the character used was their property.
he stole them and ask me to draw those rape art. and that was the reason why he wanted to keep it secret.
So i'll not ask you to not spit on me, you seems to have already your own ideas about.
Just wanted to explain that the removal of my art wasn't the thing of spadefoot..
oh and that he did use this thread on me as blackmail to make me remove the thing.
No problem about i did it as the true owner asked for.
